    What certificates do you have for your products?

    We have CE, GS, SAA, ETL, ROHS, SASO etc  certificates.

    Do you accept order through OEM/ODM business?

    Yes, we do. Including the customer logo & customer package printing design.

    What's your Minimum Order Quantity?

    Normally 20ft GP, as the first cooperation support, 500pcs for color box package, small quantity with brown box package is also available.

    Do you accept sample order?

    A

    Sample usually 3-5 days after payment received.

    What's your lead-time?

    A

    Normally, our lead-time is 25-45 days, it depends your order quantity and request.

    What’s your payment term?

    A

    Sample: PayPal or T/T or through Alibaba trade assurance. Mass production: 30% deposit advanced, 70% at the sight of BL copy.  

    Support Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect buyer’s right.

    What's your warranty for this product?
